Be a mentor.

We believe that entrepreneurship is a team sport. The members of the BlueSwell cohort will need a supportive ecosystem to help them scale. We’d love to put your talents to work - so tell us about yourself.

Time commitment is 2-5 hours/month.

Startups and their mentor teams must meet at least once every three weeks over the course of the program (about six times). Some 1:1 engagement between startup founders and mentors is expected and encouraged. Founders are expected to schedule, plan, and manage each mentor meeting.

Exact responsibilities will depend on the startup’s needs.

Startups will share their mentor preferences with the BlueSwell team. Mentors are matched to help founders address company-specific goals.

Each startup will have 3 mentors to start.

We may ask more mentors to get involved throughout the program if certain startups require additional expertise. Mentors who are not matched with a startup will have other opportunities to engage in BlueSwell.
