The New England Aquarium and SeaAhead are establishing BlueSwell to support the creation and growth of startups with scalable solutions that enhance ocean sustainability and global resilience. Bluetech startups have substantial potential to reduce global human impacts on ocean health, but new approaches are needed to support innovation through the early stages of commercialization. This philanthropic, capacity-building program is designed to bridge the existing market gap that exists for entrepreneurs related to ocean sustainability.
